Laura is offering a six month Complete Healing Playground called Mind Body Spirit Soul Divine specifically tailored for people who want to improve and evolve their relationships whether it is work, romantic, family, self, etc.

Why call it the Complete Healing Playground?  When you step into Laura’s Complete Healing Playground, be prepared to have fun, to interact, to get up and move, to cry, to laugh and to be fully and completely in your heart.

Laura attained her teacher training of Mind Body Spirit Medicine through the Mind Body Spirit Medicine College of Vancouver, BC.  Laura also applies the teachings from Universal Healing Tao, Chinese Energetic Medicine (aka Chinese Medical QiGong) and many other Energetic Modalities.

Laura is offering a six month program and you can start any week – on a _______ from 6:00 pm to 7:30 p.m.

The weekly modules cover six different modules over a six month period:

  1. Month 1 – Scientific Evidence & Daily Stress
  2. Month 2 – Self Empowerment & Self Love
  3. Month 3 – Forgiveness & Release Resentment
  4. Month 4 – Depression & Anxiety
  5. Month 5 – How to Create Joy
  6. Month 6 – Meditation

And remember it does not matter what month you start, as the workshops are repeated every 6 months. Order is not important.

In every module, you will also learn specific tools and techniques to release tension, train yourself to be in the moment and to be more in your body and spirit.

Month 1 – Scientific Evidence & Daily Stress

We will learn the scientific evidence behind Mind Body Spirit Medicine.  We will learn how and why our thoughts and belief systems can create dis-ease within the mind, body and spirit.

We will also learn how and why our negative thoughts and & daily stress initiate negative emotions that create dis-ease within the mind, body and spirit.

It is through awareness of thoughts and healing through our emotions that create the positive shifts in our mind, body and spirit.

I promise you that this module will not be boring!  It will be very interactive.  We will have fun and we will play!

Month 2 – Self Empowerment & Self Love

Learn how to see self esteem through the lens of self-love, self-empowerment and mindfulness and cultivate the courage to be you. If you’re feeling worthless and overwhelmed, inundated with information, struggling to juggle life, expectations and disappointments, this course shows you the healing power of self –compassion.

We will go through a series of exercises to invoke a new, gentle yet powerful shift using self-compassion to look at yourself and others, warts and all, as a way more realistic acceptance of the way things are.

With self-compassion, you become peaceful, relaxed and self-assured.

Month 3 – Forgiveness & Release Resentment

Emotional energetic currents have different frequencies, resonating between low (fear, anger, worry, resentment etc.) and high (love, forgiveness, joy, compassion, etc.). Lower frequencies deplete the physical body, draining it of its precious reserve of life-force energy. This deterioration begins to manifest in the spiritual fields of energy surrounding the body, and percolates down to the emotional, mental, and finally the physical level causing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, headaches, colitis … just to name a few.

We have all been brought here to heal each other – to heal each other of every false thought, of every small idea, of every limiting or fearful concept of ourselves that stops us from experiencing Who We Really Are.  We’ve been given some marvelous tools with which to do that, and one of the most marvelous of all is forgiveness.

Forgiveness can change everything – overnight.  That’s what’s so exciting about it.  It can change everything.  It can bring joy where there is sorrow, peace where there is turmoil, gladness where there is anger. And it can give you back to yourself.

Month 4 – Depression & Anxiety

“I’m drowning in it!”   I hear people saying that all the time.  They may be drowning in their work and the pressure of deadlines or in the overwhelming demands and conflict of their lives. Conventional medicine can mask the symptoms, but it doesn’t tackle the root cause.  That’s what the total mind-body-spirit system of Chinese Energetic Medicine does.

The seemingly negative emotions, such as depression, are valuable messages from our Soul; they’re telling us that something is out of balance and needs to be changed.  Sadness is a natural response to a significant loss.  The end of a marriage or close relationship can make us feel very sad.  Every challenge, every crisis is an opportunity for us to learn – to grow wiser, kinder and stronger.

In this module you will learn how to use your own life-force energy to lift your minds, bodies and spirits to a new level of wellness.

Month 5 – How to Create Joy

Have you ever just sat and enjoyed watching a child play?  When you watch them play, do you feel that there is an immense peace and joy permeating your heart? Watching them play in total innocence, or giggle in absolute joy, doesn’t that just open your heart to feel the love inside?

What happened to this “gift of joy” as we grew up?  Where did it go?

The truth is we haven’t lost it.  This inner smile within all of us is still shining radiantly.  We simply just forget as we grow up and lived our lives seriously.

So all our lives, whether we recognize it or not, we do everything on the outside to recreate and experience peace and ease, to remember how to be happy and joyful again.

In this module, we will step out of our comfort zones to do some very fun fun activities.  It will be my gift and a surprise for you!  We will FEEL like a kid again.

Month 6 – Meditation 

There are many different types and styles of meditation.  When you are not doing anything at all – bodily, mentally, on no level – when all activity has ceased and you simply are, just being, that’s what meditation is.  Meditation is not against action.  It is not that you have to escape from life.  It simply teaches you a new way of life:  you become the center of the cyclone.  Your life goes on, it goes on really more intensely – with more joy.

Meditation is not a one size fits all.  There will be a practice of mediation that will feel right for you.  We will explore and practise many different styles of meditation such as visual, music, movement, silence, walking, etc.
